It is sedate for an Amoureuses, not one that immediately goes out and grabs the senses; more a temptress that bides her time. The palate is medium-bodied with solid tannins on the entry that provide the linearity and focus and therefore it is not a flamboyant wine, but has the certain correctness and superb minerality on the finish.
